What does the GREEN project offer? Here you can get an overview of the GREEN main results.
Climate change is already reality – it is time to act now. All authorities of all European cities but also the companies and the citizens are asked to act. To get an overview of the current situation the GREEN project team conducted an initial research on the training needs about the European Green Deal and the New European Bauhaus of adult trainers and public authority staff.
We found out that most of the target group was aware of the European Green Deal but could not say precisely what was meant by it and even more they were mostly completely unaware of the New European Bauhaus initiative. We saw there was a demand for a training course based on this European strategy that offers practical resources for trainers so that they can help authorities or SMEs implement climate-neutral strategies. That is why the GREEN project offers the following results that are all free and accessible:
R1: Digital Transformation Climate Training Plan and online e-resources Moodle platform
- Curriculum based on the Green Deal and the New European Bauhaus initiative
- Application model for local/regional administration
- Modular training material
- Self-assessment sessions
- Examples and good practices
- Moodle platform with online training resources in all partner languages
R.2 Green Digital Canvas for the design of individualised action plans.
This output will provide a template/canvas for the design and development of a climate-neutral action plan, completed with supporting resources, case studies, and examples of usage.

R.3 Trainer's guide Toolkit.
Toolkit containing training resources for adult trainers. Trainers will be educated on how to use the training content, the platform and the canvas model.
